All of the Sanitary T-Style and In-Line, Single and Multi-Round Designs are designed and constructed to meet the stringent "Milk and Milk Products Filters Using Single Service Filter Media Standard 10-04".

Major selling points for your front line people are:

• No recesses, pockets, pits, crevices or folds where contamination or bacteria can
  collect and grow.
• Product contact surfaces shall be self draining.
• Product contact surfaces may have a maximum 32 µin. (0.80 µm) Ra. This means all product contact surfaces, even when the measuring device runs across welded seams.
• All permanent joints in metallic product contact surfaces shall be continuously welded and be free of imperfections such as pits, folds and crevices which will prevent a maximum
  32 µin Ra.
• A housing that is to be mechanically cleaned shall be designed so that the product contact surfaces and all non-removed appurtenances thereto can be mechanically cleaned and are easily accessible and inspectable.
• All fittings and connections shall conform to the applicable 3A Sanitary Standards for Sanitary Fittings for Milk and Milk Products, 63-02.
• All internals angles of less than 135° on product contact surfaces shall have radii not less than 1/16".
• No threads on product contact surfaces.
• Coil springs having product contact surfaces shall have at least 3/32" openings between coils, including the ends when the spring is in the free position.
